Our Approach

Our programs create a positive feedback loop where youth give back to younger students as they gain the skills and experience to develop as leaders. Middle school students have the opportunity to walk in the footsteps of high school students who are there to guide and support them. High school students have the opportunity to share and apply what they gained from their own experiences as mentees.
