Our Programs
GRADES 6-8
Middle School
Middle School is a critical point where youth go through their first major school transition while tackling issues such as self-worth, values, and identity more than ever. Our programs reach students who benefit most from extra-curricular opportunities by providing the tools & relationships to navigate life successfully.
GRADES 9-12
High School
The transition to high school creates another major opportunity to impact the lives of students. We support students as they enter high school as well as throughout their high school careers. Our programs provide a community outside the classroom where students can belong, be active, be challenged, and be excellent.
COLLEGE & PROFESSIONAL
Post-Graduation
The relationships built within YEMBA don’t end at graduation. Students continue their mentorship journey as they pursue higher education, internships, career opportunities. Graduates returning to YEMBA play an important role in inspiring our mentees and junior mentors to pursue college educations or career training.

DONATIONS
“Not only could I grow in my basketball skills, I grew as a man. The most valuable thing I learned was my attitude. I could change my ways to become a better person. Basketball workshops helped rejuvenate my muscles and remember the basics. If I could, I rate this life skill mentoring workshop 1,000 on a scale of 1-10! This program taught me how to be a man and be a positive example. I’d like for other schools to experience this so their boys can learn and prosper.”
