Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant (EA) will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Executive Director to ensure effective use of time and productive interactions with staff and the public. The ideal candidate for the EA position will be responsible for a wide range of executive support tasks involving clerical and administrative functions.
Mentor
Mentors are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with program participants and their families while adhering to the guidelines of the local school district and governing bodies. The mentor will co-facilitate program activities through the duration of the program. Mentors are required to complete all related reporting documentation and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will foster connection with program participants via clear communication, critical thinking, data reporting and relationship management in order to build a highly engaging environment. These responsibilities will be performed under the supervision of the Program Manager.
Recreational Coach
The Recreational Coach (RC) will be responsible for designing and leading sports curriculum and overseeing program implementation. The ideal candidate for the RC position will be responsible for organizing, implementing, and coordinating sports curriculum during afterschool programming for student participants ages 11-18. The RC works extensively with the Mentors, Junior Mentors and Program Managers to engage youth and families while educating the community about the program and its benefits.
