OPEN — Program Director

YEMBA is seeking a passionate and experienced Program Director to lead and oversee our youth mentoring and community engagement programs. This role is ideal for a strong leader dedicated to empowering youth through education, mentorship, leadership development, and service.

The Program Director will manage program operations, supervise staff, build community partnerships, support outreach efforts, oversee reporting and compliance, and help ensure the success and growth of YEMBA’s programs across schools and communities.

Qualifications:

• Experience leading youth, education, mentoring, or community-based programs

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to supervise teams and collaborate with schools, families, and community partners

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Social Work, Youth Development, Education, or a related field
